With the addition of five new tenants, Nationwide Realty Investors is closer to fully leasing one of its buildings in north Scottsdale.
In the coming months, Edward Jones, Frontdoor, Trajan Wealth, Osaic Inc. and OEM Group are expected to take occupancy of new offices at Cavasson East. The leases collectively amount to 80,000 square feet of new space being absorbed. The largest of those is Osaic, which will be taking 29,000 square feet and moving in later this spring. Osaic, a Phoenix-based wealth management firm, was previously known as Advisor Group and rebranded last June.
Here is how much space each of the other new tenants will lease at the 440,000-square-foot Cavasson East, and when they are taking occupancy:
- Investment banking firm Edward Jones opened a 2,500-square-foot office last month;
- Homeowner services company Frontdoor will move into a 23,000-square-foot space in February;
- Wealth management firm Trajan Wealth will move into a 16,000-square-foot office in the early spring;
- Global semiconductor equipment manufacturer OEM Group will move into its new 8,000-square-foot office in mid-summer
